2. Description of the Service

VacayPlot is an AI-powered travel planning tool. You provide travel preferences — destination, dates, interests, budget, and pace — and the Service generates a suggested day-by-day itinerary using artificial intelligence (OpenAI models). You can save itineraries to your account and request revisions. We also publish travel guides and articles on our public blog.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Itineraries and suggestions are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration and planning convenience only. They may contain inaccuracies and do not reflect real-time availability, pricing, opening hours, safety conditions, or travel restrictions. You are solely responsible for verifying all details — including bookings, visas, health requirements, and local conditions — before and during your trip.

4. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• Email/password accounts must verify their email address before accessing planning features.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, resell, or systematically extract content from the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated means to generate itineraries at a volume that degrades the Service for others.

6. Intellectual Property

The VacayPlot name, logo, design, and original content (including blog articles) are our property or licensed to us. Itineraries generated for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial travel planning. You retain ownership of the information you submit to the Service.

7. Fees

VacayPlot is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing and billing terms will be clearly presented before you are charged, and our Refund Policy will apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VacayPlot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated itineraries, third-party links, or travel decisions made using the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
